Congress Bus Service
Daily shuttle transfers to and from the congress venue will be provided from participating hotels in the city centre at pre-agreed pick-up points .

Please note that our agreement with the hotel covers the period from the 13rd to the 17th, so conditions and rates outside these dates may vary.

PAYMENT METHOD

Do not process the bank transfer until you receive confirmation from the Secretariat that there are available rooms at the requested hotel. Once your request has been confirmed, you will receive an invoice and may proceed with the transfer

Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant/entity in addition to the cost of the accommodation reservation. Secretary will not cover these expenses.

General Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing. The following rules will apply: cancellations received before March 10, 2027, will entitle the participant to a refund of the amount paid, except for the cost of the first night's stay, which will be retained as a handling fee.

After this date, no refunds will be processed.

Partial cancellations are not allowed and will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Refunds will be processed approximately one month after the congress.
